Terms, Payments and Shipping:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not ship COD. Because all of our products are custom made to order, your order will be charged once it goes into production. Once charged, your items will ship within 3-7 business days of your order. We ship UPS and USPS.

Returns:

Our art, candles, greeting cards, metal items and other products are custom made to order.  Returns on these items are acceptable within 7 days for a full refund once delivered and is still in it’s original packaging. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will credit the original payment method. This may take a few days to show up on your account depending on your bank. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back unless they were damaged in delivery, or if you received the wrong item(s) in error on our part. We will issue a return label for damaged items to be sent back to us. Damaged items will be replaced once the item has been returned. All returns need to be approved by our office. Please send return inquiries to info@sweetgumball.com. If the item has been damaged, please also send a photo if possible.
